Refund policy

At Festy Prints, we pride ourselves on providing freshly printed, high-quality products every time you order. Each item is made to order to ensure the freshest print possible.

Cancellations and Changes

If you wish to cancel or change your order (e.g., due to size or other preferences), you must contact us immediately at festyprints@gmail.com. Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order to prevent the item from going into production. Once production begins, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.

Damages and Issues

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a full refund. To request this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at festyprints@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of the issue for verification. Our team will evaluate the situation promptly and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all products are custom-printed upon purchase, we do not accept returns for items unless they are defective or there has been a manufacturing error. We also cannot accept returns for used or worn products. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Refunds

In cases where refunds are approved (e.g., for damaged items or manufacturing errors), we will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your request. Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at festyprints@gmail.com.
